Compound Butter With Garlic and Greek Oregano

  • 8 oz butter softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano washed and dried thoroughly, then minced
  • 2 tsp garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Soften one 1, 8 oz cube of unsalted butter. Wash fresh Greek oregano, dry well with paper towels and finely chop 2 tablespoons. Finely chop 2 teaspoons of fresh garlic.
  • Once butter has softened, add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Combine well to incorporate all ingredients. Scoop the herb butter mixture into a small serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Alternatively, you can scoop the her butter onto a piece of waxed paper and shape into a small log by folding the waxed paper around the butter, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
