Cut bread into cubes, and add enough water for the bread to soak it up.
Once the bread has soaked up the water, squeeze out the excess.
Chop onion, and prepare your other ingredients.
Add the ground beef, bread, onion, eggs, lemon juice, herbs and spices to a bowl, and combine together thoroughly.
Once combined, form equally sized meatballs and set aside.
Dredge each meatball in flower and shake off the excess.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the olive oil has heated thoroughly, carefully place the keftedes in the hot oil. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove cover and turn keftedes over. Cover again to cook for another 3-4 minutes. You will likely need to do two batches.
Once keftedes are done cooking, place them on a paper towel covered plate to soak up the excess oil.
Enjoy with some Tzatiziki!
